Structural characteristics of 27MnCrB5-2 alloy steel plate

The 27MnCrB5-2 alloy steel plate is composed of two parts, a low-carbon steel plate and an alloy wear-resistant layer. The alloy wear-resistant layer is generally 1/3 to 1/2 of the total thickness. The 27MnCrB5-2 alloy steel plate provides the strength to resist external forces when working Comprehensive properties such as toughness and plasticity, the wear resistance required by the working conditions is provided by the alloy wear layer.

27MnCrB5-2 alloy steel plate is a metallurgical bond between the wear layer and the substrate. Through the equipment, the 27MnCrB5-2 alloy steel plate uses an automatic welding process to uniformly weld high-hardness self-shielding alloy welding wires to the substrate. The number of composite layers is one to two or even multiple layers. Due to the different alloy shrinkage ratios in the composite, a uniform transverse Cracking, which is a distinctive feature of wear-resistant steel plates.

The wear-resistant layer of 27MnCrB5-2 alloy steel plate has narrow track (2.5-3.5mm), wide track (8-12mm), curve (S, W), etc .; it is mainly chromium alloy, and it also adds manganese, molybdenum, Niobium, nickel, boron and other alloy components, carbides in the metallurgical structure are distributed fibrous, the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. The carbide content in the 27MnCrB5-2 alloy steel plate is 40-60%, the microhardness can reach above HV1700, and the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62.
