Causes of deformation of 904L stainless steel plate during cutting

When cutting the 904L stainless steel plate, it is found that its deformation seriously affects its performance. Therefore, the reason for the deformation of the 904L stainless steel plate after cutting is understood. The results show that the uneven internal stress of the 904L stainless steel plate is the main reason for the deformation of the 904L stainless steel plate after cutting.

By adopting a new generation of controlled rolling and control, the cooling uniformity of 904L stainless steel plate is improved during laminar flow treatment of 904L stainless steel plate cooling equipment, and the cold correction method is adopted to effectively distribute the internal tension of 904L stainless steel plate and reduce or even eliminate the caused by 904L stainless steel plate cutting and deformation.

Firstly, the process parameters of laser cutting speed are established, and the weight of each parameter is calculated by analyzing the hierarchical process. Then, the samples are used for the extreme experimental machine with nonlinear mapping ability, and the prediction model of laser cutting speed is established for 904L stainless steel plate cutting.

The experimental results show that the model effectively prevents defects from artificially determining the weight of process parameters, describes the relationship between process parameters and laser cutting speed, and improves the accuracy of laser cutting speed prediction.
