The manufacturing process of A572 grade 50 angle steel is relatively simple. The production process can be divided into hot rolling and cold bending. Hot rolling is used for large size A572 grade 50 angle steel, and the cold bending is generally small. The standard process is that the billet (such as square billet) is rolled into V shape gradually by multi pass repeated rolling with special section rolling mill. The material quality is guaranteed, and there is transition arc at the inner side of the corner, so the mechanical properties are reliable.
