Main characteristics of 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate: compared with 12CrMoV steel, 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength.
The creep limit of 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate is close to the lasting strength and has high plasticity under the condition of lasting tensile.
The process and weldability of 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate is good, but it should be preheated to 300℃ before welding, and after welding, it should be treated with stress removal.

12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate is a kind of steel widely used in superheater, header and main steam pipe of high pressure, ultra-high pressure and subcritical power station boiler.
At 580℃, 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate still has high thermal strength and oxidation resistance, and high durable plasticity.
The production process of 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate is simple, with good welding performance, but it is sensitive to normalizing cooling speed, and long-term use at 580℃ will produce pearlite spheroidization.
