Q235B angle steel has the high temperature resistance

An obvious feature of Q235B angle steel is high temperature resistance, because Q235B angle steel is mainly used in the machining industry. During processing, Q235B angle steel needs to be heated at high temperature. However, only Q235B angle steel can withstand this high temperature, which can better carry out various bending deformation.

Therefore, Q235B angle steel is very good at high temperature, so it is not easy to melt under high temperature. Therefore, if you need high temperature heating material, Q235B angle steel must not be wrong.

The austenite heating temperature of Q235B angle steel is 880℃ and oil cooling for 2h. After quenching, the samples are tempered at 560℃, 590℃, 620℃ and 650 ℃ respectively, and the samples are kept for 2h and cooled.

According to GB/T2975, the tensile specimen and impact specimen shall be cut at the corresponding position of the bar steel. Q235B angle steel shall be subject to tensile test according to GB/T228 standard; Q235B angle steel shall be subjected to impact test according to GB/T229 standard.
