The US International Trade Commission made the first double-reverse sunset review of stainless steel welded pressure pipes to finalize industry damage

On April 15, 2022, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make the first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review of stainless steel welded pressure pipes imported from India Affirmative final ruling on industrial damage: ruling that if the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures are cancelled , within a reasonably foreseeable period, the importation of the involved product may cause substantial damage to the U.S. domestic industry to continue or recur. According to the final ruling, the current anti-dumping and countervailing. measures in this case continue to be effective. In this ruling, five members of the US International Trade Commission voted affirmatively.

On October 21, 2015, the United States initiated an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on stainless steel welded pressure pipes imported from India.

 

On September 23, 2016, the United States made a final affirmative anti-dumping and anti-subsidy ruling on stainless steel welded pressure pipes imported from India.

 

On October 1, 2021, the United States initiated the first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation on stainless steel welded pressure pipes imported from India. On

 

February 1, 2022, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an announcement stating that the first anti-dumping and countervailing fast sunset review final ruling was made on stainless

 

steel welded pressure pipes imported from India.
