Tower equipment cleaning construction technology

Tower equipment cleaning construction technology is divided into four categories: spray cleaning, cycle cleaning, immersion cleaning (tank immersion method and immersion method) and wiping cleaning. The specific process depends on the situation of the site equipment.

Tower equipment spray cleaning: spray cleaning is a cyclic cleaning technology. During the cleaning process, the chemical cleaning solution is evenly sprayed on the inner surface of the system to be cleaned, and flows to the bottom along the container wall by the gravity of the cleaning liquid. Make the cleaning liquid come into full contact with the inner wall of the container, and a chemical reaction will occur to meet the requirements of the cleaning system.

Circulating cleaning of tower equipment; Circulating cleaning uses the cleaning pump station as an external power to circulate the cleaning fluid in the cleaning system so that the cleaning fluid reacts with the oil on the inner surface of the equipment and pipelines to achieve the purpose of degreasing.

Tower equipment immersion cleaning: immersion cleaning is a dissolution stripping cleaning technology. During the cleaning process, the equipment or pipe fitting to be cleaned is immersed in a chemical cleaning solution, and the cleaning solution is fully contacted with the grease on the surface of the cleaned part by means of the dissolving and peeling action of the cleaning solution. The chemical reaction and dissolution rate are accelerated by heating to achieve the purpose of degreasing.

Wipe cleaning: Wipe cleaning is mainly for welding seams. Equipment and pipe fittings that cannot be processed by the above methods and the parts treated by the above methods are wiped and cleaned.
