The welding performance of 30CrMnSiA steel plate is good, but when the thickness is greater than 3mm, the welding performance is medium. When welding, it should be preheated to 150 ℃, and the stress relief annealing treatment should be carried out in time after welding.
The machinability of 30CrMnSiA steel plate is good. When the hardness is 120-220HB, the machinability coefficient is 0.95; when the hardness is 302-320HB, the machinability coefficient is 0.5.
