Production process of ABS Grade A angle steel

ABS Grade A angle steel is a carbon structural steel for construction. It is a section steel with a simple section. It is mainly used for metal components and factory buildings. In use, it requires good weldability, plastic deformation performance and certain mechanical strength.

ABS Grade A angle steel production process: hot-dip galvanized angle steel enters the hot-dip galvanizing operation. Before the assembly line, the ABS Grade A angle steel that has been selected and undamaged is first sent to the pickling workshop, and the hot-dip galvanized angle steel is soaked in acid or acid Iron oxide scale and floating rust on the surface.

After 2 times of pickling, after the ABS Grade A angle steel's surface rust and oxide scale are thoroughly pickled off, immediately immerse it in a clean water tank and wait for galvanizing, which can prevent the hot-dip galvanized angle steel from re-oxidation.

After the second clean water cleaning, it is transported to the drying bed for drying, and then the ABS Grade A angle steel is immersed in a zinc bath of about 460℃ for hot dip galvanizing, and finally the cooled ABS Grade A is dried and cooled according to the different requirements of customers The angle steel is oiled or passivated. The anti-corrosion ability of ABS Grade A angle steel is significantly improved for the galvanized products produced by this method.
