09MnNiDR steel plate is mainly used in the manufacture of petroleum and chemical equipment deethanizers, CO2 absorption towers, medium-pressure flash towers, coolers, deethanizers, reabsorption towers, compressor casings, and propane cryogenic storage tanks.
The ultrasonic inspection standard of 09MnNiDR steel plate is implemented in accordance with GB/T 2970 or JB/T 4730.3, and the inspection standard and qualified level are indicated in the contract.
Cracks, bubbles, folds and inclusions are not allowed on the surface of 09MnNiDR steel plate that are harmful to use. There should be no delamination of the steel plate.
The 09MnNiDR steel plate is inspected in batches. Each batch of 09MnNiDR steel plates is composed of the same grade, the same heat number, the same thickness, and the same heat treatment system. The weight of each batch is not more than 30T, and the single piece of 09MnNiDR steel plate with a weight of more than 30T is in batches.
