NC punching and blanking: NC punching and blanking is to use the single-chip microcomputer on the NC punch to input the processing program (size, processing path, processing tools, etc.) of sheet metal parts in advance, so that the NC punch adopts various tools, and various forms of punching, edge cutting, forming and so on can be realized through rich NC instructions.
NC punching generally can not achieve punching and blanking with too complex shape. Features: fast speed, save mold. Flexible and convenient processing. Basically, it can meet the needs of sample blanking production.
The diameter and width of the tool used for stamping must be greater than the steel thickness. For example, a 1.5 tool cannot punch a 1.6mm steel plate. Steel plates below 6mm are generally not processed by NCT.
