Q690C steel plate is a high-strength steel plate. Q is the yield strength, 690 is the minimum yield value, and C is the grade, Q690C steel plate has higher yield strength and tensile strength. The corresponding grades are Q690C, Q690D, Q690E, Q690F, etc., which are the same grade but different grades. The implementation standard of Q690C steel plate is GB/T16270-2009 standard.

Q690C steel plate is mainly used in buildings, bridges, ships, vehicles, pressure vessels and other structures. The carbon content (smelting analysis) of Q690C steel plate is generally not more than 0.20%, the sum of alloy element content is generally not more than 2.5%, and the yield strength is not less than 295MPa. Q690C steel plate is a low-alloy steel with good impact toughness and weldability.
Delivery status of Q690C steel plate
Q690C steel plate should be delivered in quenched and tempered state. In addition, Q690C steel plate can also be delivered in the delivery state according to some special requirements of customers, but it should be specified in the contract.
