If there are surface defects mentioned above, cleaning is allowed. The cleaning depth is calculated from the actual size of the steel plate, and shall not exceed half of the tolerance of the steel plate thickness, and the minimum thickness of the Q800C steel plate, Q800D steel plate, and Q800E steel plate shall be guaranteed.
The Q800C steel plate, Q800D steel plate, and Q800E steel plate are allowed to have a thin layer of scale, rust, and roughness, scratches, and reticulation defects caused by rolls that do not hinder the use of the scale.
