310S stainless steel plate is austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel, which has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. 310S stainless steel plate has high nickel (Ni) and chromium (CR) content, good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. High temperature resistant steel pipe is specially used for manufacturing electric furnace tubes. After carbon content is increased in austenitic stainless steel, the strength of 310S stainless steel plate is improved due to its solid solution strengthening effect.
The chemical composition of austenitic stainless steel is based on chromium and nickel, adding molybdenum, tungsten, niobium, titanium and other elements. Due to its face centered cubic structure, 310S stainless steel plate has high strength and creep strength at high temperature.
