Polishing process:
Rough polishing: Grinding wheels are generally used: 80#120#240#320#400#600# are arranged in order from coarse to fine. This process is generally ground by clean water, and six sets of grinding machines are generally used, mainly to remove rough surfaces and burrs , trachoma, etc., have a certain depth, probably within 2C.
Fine polishing: as long as the machine-made wool felt is used, the higher the density, the better. This process uses water, nitric acid, and iron red powder to grind. Generally, ten sets of grinders are used. There is no depth at all, mainly to remove the surface oxide layer, sand holes, and rough grinding. Grinding the head flower to enhance the luminosity and bring out the details.
Water absorption drying: This process is washed with water, the finer the brush, the better, the cleaner the water, the cleaner the washed product, and then dried with a baking lamp.
Quality inspection: Check the luminosity, the number of blisters, whether there are peeling lines, dark bones, scratches, whether the product is deformed, and whether the grinding head flower is within the control range, otherwise the product quality is not up to standard.
