Delivery status of 30CrMnSiA steel plate

30CrMnSiA steel plate shall be delivered in heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or non heat treatment state, and the delivery state shall be indicated in the contract. 30CrMnSiA steel plate has high strength, but it belongs to medium carbon quenched and tempered steel, with high hardenability, so its welding performance is poor.
After tempering, 30CrMnSiA steel plate has high strength, enough toughness and good hardenability. After tempering, the material can be used as grinding wheel shaft, gear and sprocket. If a tool is made, rough machining becomes the shape of the tool. The 30CrMnSiA steel plate is treated by tempering, the cutting edge is milled by carbide milling cutter, and polished by polishing machine.
