09CrCuSb steel has good sulfuric acid corrosion resistance, and its conventional mechanical properties are similar to 20-GB3087. In order to improve the sulfuric acid corrosion resistance of 09CrCuSb steel, the addition of Cr (0.70% - 1.10%) also improves the service performance of 09CrCuSb steel at higher temperature. GB150-1998 stipulates that the service temperature of 09CrCuSb steel can reach 400 ℃, and the better elongation ensures that the steel pipe has good plasticity during bending.
At the same time, the 09CrCuSb steel also ensures various process performance when it is supplied, including 20MPa hydraulic test (10MPa for 20 GB3087) and eddy current or ultrasonic flaw detection (generally eddy current flaw detection for 20 GB3087), flattening test for 22-400mm outer diameter steel pipe (the same as the requirements of 20-GB3087), etc.
