S235J0 steel plate requires high yield strength, tensile strength and fatigue strength, as well as sufficient plasticity and toughness. S235J0 steel plates are generally smelted by electric arc furnaces and oxygen top-blown converters, and those with high requirements use out-of-furnace refining, electroslag remelting or vacuum treatment, vacuum induction furnace smelting or double vacuum smelting, and appropriate heat treatment. The content of alloy elements in S235J0 steel plate is quite high, mainly including corrosion-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, wear-resistant steel, magnetic steel and special steel with other special physical and chemical properties.
