35CrMo alloy structural steel plate has high static strength, impact toughness and high fatigue limit. The hardenability of 35CrMo alloy structural steel plate is higher than that of 40Cr, and it has high creep strength and rupture strength at high temperature. The long-term working temperature can reach 500℃.
During cold deformation, 35CrMo alloy structural steel plate has medium plasticity and poor weldability. The steel plate has good machinability at low temperature, high hardenability and cold deformation, and has no tendency of cold deformation.
However, due to the first kind of temper brittleness and poor weldability, 35CrMo alloy structural steel plate needs to be preheated to 150 ~ 400 ℃ before welding, and post weld heat treatment is used to eliminate stress. It is generally used after quenching and tempering treatment, and 35CrMo alloy structural steel plate can also be used after high and medium frequency surface quenching or quenching and low and medium temperature tempering.
