The chemical composition of Q235A steel plate mainly includes carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S) and other elements. The following is the specific chemical composition content:

Carbon (C) ≤0.22 (some say ≤0.17)

Silicon (Si) ≤0.35

Manganese(Mn) ≤1.4

Phosphorus (P) ≤0.045

Sulfur (S) ≤0.045

In addition, the Q235A steel plate may also contain trace amounts of copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo), vanadium (V), aluminum (Al), titanium (Ti), niobium (Nb), Elements such as lead (Pb), but the content of these elements is usually low and will not have a significant impact on the overall performance of the steel plate.

Application scope of Q235A steel plate

Q235A steel plate is widely used in many fields due to its good weldability, processability and mechanical properties, including but not limited to:
