35CrMnSiA steel plate features: After heat treatment has good comprehensive mechanical properties, high strength, enough toughness, hardenability, weldability (preheating before welding), processing formability are good, but low corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. The steel plate is generally used after low temperature tempering or isothermal quenching. In addition, 35CrMnSiA steel plate has high strength and toughness, high hardenability, medium cold deformation plasticity, and good cutting performance. However, it has a tendency to temper brittleness, and its transverse impact toughness is poor. When the thickness of the steel plate is greater than 3mm, it should be preheated to 150℃ before welding, and heat treatment should be carried out after welding.
35 crmnsia steel chemical composition, carbon (C) : 0.32 0.39%, silicon (Si) : 1.10 1.40%, manganese (Mn) : 0.80 1.10%, phosphorus (P) : 0.035%, or less sulfur (S) : 0.035% or less, chromium (Cr) : 1.10 to 1.40%.
In terms of delivery status, 35CrMnSiA steel plate can be delivered in the state of "normalizing + tempering, normalizing + quenching, normalizing + return", thickness detection can be "1 probe, 2 probe, 3 probe", thickness extension can be "z15, z25, z35".
